Multiple orders for Mother's Day
I had major problems with the service from this company. I ordered stuff for Mother's Day multiple times, but nothing came on time. Their customer service was basically non-existent since they didn't reply to my messages on live chat or email. One of my orders got rejected for no reason, which made me super frustrated and let down. I'm not sure if this company has what it takes to run their business well with the resources and communication skills they have.
