My time using Bitcoin Madrid was pretty good overall. It was easy to figure out how to buy and sell Bitcoin on there. The site was easy to use and I liked that they were clear about the prices and security. Whenever I had a question or problem, the customer service was quick to respond and helpful. The only drawback was that the fees for transactions were a bit higher than what I've seen on other sites before.
