Equipe Sport might have a fancy website and carry a lot of outdoor gear, but let me tell you, don't be fooled. The service I got was pretty mediocre. The staff just seemed to be more focused on gossiping with each other than actually helping customers. And when I finally got one of their attention, they were practically useless and brushed me off. Plus, the prices were way too steep for what you were getting. Overall, my time at Equipe Sport was a big letdown.

I had an amazing time shopping at IOA. The website was super easy to use, making it a piece of cake to find what I wanted. I really appreciated the feedback I got during the whole process, it kept me in the loop. Davide, the staff member I talked to, was awesome and I'm looking forward to working with them more. It was a really professional experience that went above and beyond for me.
