I bought some hair products online recently. It was easy to choose what I wanted and place my order, and I liked that there were lots of options to pick from. But when my package showed up, it was late and the products weren't packed well, so some of them got damaged. I had to get in touch with customer service to sort it out, and they were nice and said sorry, but it took longer than I hoped to fix everything. The products themselves were good, but I wasn't happy with how the delivery and customer service went.
