I had a terrible experience with this company when I ordered a custom dress. The dress I got was way too long, totally their mistake. When I tried to return it, the website was not working. I emailed customer service and they admitted the problem with the returns link, but didn't help me out quickly. Even after sending several emails, I haven't heard back in almost a month. The lack of communication and responsibility has really annoyed and let me down.
