It's one thing to ignore a customer's request to cancel an account, but to completely stop replying altogether is just plain rude, eh? I had to resort to calling my bank to cancel my subscription because Funimation couldn't be bothered to respond. Talk about terrible customer service, eh? I will definitely not be recommending this service to anyone in the future, eh?
