I was kinda bummed when I found out that the lavender limited edition ballistic backpack was all sold out. It was the perfect colour for me and I really had my heart set on it. But then, Rachel from customer service reached out and told me that one had been returned by a previous customer. She did me a solid by putting it back in stock so I could buy it. This level of customer service totally caught me off guard and I really appreciate it. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop with this company.
