So, I had this package that just seemed to vanish for weeks while it was being shipped. I reached out to customer service over email, and I gotta say, they were super helpful and nice. They sent me a replacement package right away, even though the original package showed up like a month later. When I told them about the first package being late, they told me to keep the second package as an apology for the wait. The deodorant smells amazing and I really like the reusable case.
