Purchase delay
Sorry folks, but let me tell you about my recent purchase experience - it was a real headache. I was looking forward to playing this game that was supposed to be released at a certain time, but the key didn't show up when it was supposed to. I tried contacting the Support Team through email and Discord, but didn't hear back right away. After a bit of back and forth, I found out that the delay wasn't entirely their fault, and they did make an effort to fix things up. I gotta give them credit for trying hard to sort out the problem and make their services better.
