I had to get in touch with customer service to get a new watch band because the glue was coming off. It was a rare problem, since I haven't had any issues with my other Bellroy stuff. But I was super impressed with how fast and easy the company dealt with it. DHL lost my first package, but Bellroy sent out a new one right away. The customer service folks were really nice and made sure I got my replacement quickly.
