I bought a t-shirt from this online store not too long ago, but it's been a bit of a letdown. It's been 12 days and the tracking info still says the package hasn't even been given to the courier yet. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all I've gotten are unhelpful answers and nobody following up. The lack of communication and slow delivery is pretty disappointing, to be honest.
