Overpriced mat purchase
So I went ahead and treated myself to a fancy yoga mat to use at home. I did some digging and finally settled on the perfect one, and made my purchase. But let me tell you, the excitement quickly turned into frustration when weeks passed and my mat was still MIA. I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, only to be told that they were out of stock and my order had never even been sent. Not only was I annoyed by the lack of updates, but I was also ticked off that I hadn't gotten my money back right away. All I could think about during this whole situation was that I could have bought a mat from a different company in the time I wasted waiting on this one. When I tried to voice my concerns to the customer service rep, they just shrugged it off and gave me a half-hearted apology. Needless to say, I won't be giving this company my business again. They clearly don't care about their customers or their time, and that's a big no-no in my books.
