I wasn't too sure about ordering from the website at first, but I thought, "What the heck," and decided to give it a go. I ran into a problem with my order, but when I sent an email to customer service, they got back to me super quick and fixed everything up right away. I was really impressed with how fast and friendly they were, it made me feel like they actually cared about me as a customer. So, once they sorted out the issue, I didn't hesitate to make another purchase right then and there.
