I recently took advantage of a Black Friday deal online and ended up making two orders. Pretty unfortunate that there was a payment problem with the first one, so I ended up placing a second order. The real headache started when I saw two transactions on my bank statement. I tried getting in touch by filling out the website's contact form and sending an email to cancel one of the orders, but unfortunately, no response yet. Since November 24th, both orders have been stuck at "in progress." It’s pretty annoying not knowing when or if I’ll get my stuff. I’ve been shopping online for 20 years, and let me tell you, this is by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
