I recently ordered some lenses online, but I'm a bit bummed out about how long it's taking for them to arrive. The website said they'd be here in 3-7 days, but it's been over two weeks now and still no sign of them. I contacted customer service to get an update, but their response didn't really give me any solid info. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on. I've had smoother experiences with other companies for international orders, so I'm thinking of getting a refund and trying a different seller instead.
