Eco-friendly products
The company has a variety of environmentally-friendly products, but honestly, my experience with their service wasn't great. I signed up for their auto-delivery program two years ago, but my package got sent back because of an address issue. The automated responses to my emails didn't really help and felt fake. I asked for a refund, but got no response, instead, they sent me the product again. The shipping fees were way too high, and I found similar products at my nearby store. In the end, I got the feeling that the company cared more about money than actually being eco-friendly.
