Let me tell you, that photo printer I bought was a total waste of money. The customer service was just terrible, with staff that seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Ordering was a nightmare, with confusing instructions and a website that was hard to use. And the products were so overpriced! The delivery took forever, and when my printer finally showed up, it was damaged! Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
