I recently bought a weighted blanket and had a bad experience. The delivery was so frustrating, with long delays and unexpected import charges that were almost half the price of the blanket. When I tried reaching out to customer service for help, I got no answers or solutions. And then, the courier surprised me by asking for the import fees without any heads up from the company. It's really disappointing to see a company act so unfairly, making customers feel cheated and unhappy with shopping. I wouldn't suggest buying from them to avoid this kind of headache.
