I was so pumped to receive my new tools, but man oh man, it took them a ridiculously long time to even get my order going! I placed it on September 12th and still, on September 17th, it was stuck in "processing" mode. I was starting to worry that I'd never lay my hands on those tools! But lo and behold, the Elite Tools crew stepped up and swiftly addressed my worries. Finally, my order was on its way and I breathed a huge sigh of relief.
