Quick resolution of technical issue
I had a technical issue and was dreading the usual runaround from customer service. But surprisingly, the support I received was actually amazing. Phillip was the one who helped me out, and let me tell you, he's a total rockstar. He found the problem right away and fixed it without any issues. His knowledge and calmness really impressed me, I couldn't be happier.
