I recently bought something online and the size was way off. I ordered a bigger size but the dress was so tiny, it wouldn't even fit a kid. When I contacted customer service to return it, they said I had to pay for shipping both ways. It was even more than half of what I paid for the dress. I tried to contact them through their website and sent pictures, but haven't heard anything back after lots of reminders. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them online, especially if you can't easily return things to a store.
