I messed up when I was ordering my stuff 'cause I didn't know they had a CBD citrus option with no THC. I thought there was only one kind, so that's what I got by accident. But when I got in touch with customer service to fix my mistake, they were really understanding. They sent me two of the right products real quick, and included return labels for the ones I got by mistake. I was so grateful for their fast and helpful response to my mess up.
