Upscaling time-consuming
The upscaling feature of this product is supposed to make your videos look better, but let me tell you, it takes forever! I've got a beast of a gaming PC, and it still took a whole 16 hours to upgrade a dinky 60-minute video from 480p to 1080p. I was pretty surprised and kinda mad about how long it took, especially since my hardware is top-notch.
