They gave me good advice so I knew what to expect. Making the will itself was straightforward and set up to follow the rules in Ontario without needing to shell out money for a fancy lawyer. The people I dealt with were quick to respond and paid attention to my needs, making the whole thing better. Only hiccup was when I got a referral code but it didn't work because of some unclear rules about a minimum spend. So I missed out on a little bonus, which was annoying.
