Reasonable price, complicated add-ons
The price was pretty good, and the website was easy to use. But, I gotta say, I was kind of annoyed with all the extra stuff they tried to sell me when I was booking. Some of it just seemed unnecessary, and it was tough to skip over. It felt like they were just trying to get me to spend more money instead of making things easier for us customers.
