I got this black hoodie from the store, but man, it was not what I was hoping for. The quality was total garbage - threads coming loose, stitching falling apart after just a couple wears. Plus, the size was all wrong, way smaller than I thought it would be. And don't even get me started on the material - it felt cheap and scratchy against my skin. Overall, my purchase was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying clothes from this brand.

Let me tell you, the customer service at this place is amazing, eh. Elvie really went out of her way to help me and make sure I had a fantastic experience. The quality of the product is also top-notch, I couldn't be happier with what I bought. I definitely recommend this place if you want both a great product and incredible customer service.
