I gotta say, the online money transfer service I used was top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the exchange rate, way better than what other platforms were offering at the time. But, there was a little hiccup during the transfer process that made me reach out to customer service. Gotta hand it to them though, they answered my call super fast and fixed the issue in just 3 minutes. From when I first requested the transfer to when the money reached the recipient, only 3 hours had gone by. That kind of efficiency really impressed me and left me super satisfied with the whole experience. I've used this service before and you can bet I'll be sticking with it in the future.
