Contact lens order issue resolved with excellent customer service
I recently had a little hiccup with my contact lens order, all because of my own mistake and some delays with the postal service. But even though it wasn't really their fault, Contact Lens King totally went out of their way to fix everything up. I got in touch with their customer service team, told them what happened, and they quickly did what they needed to make things right. Their commitment to giving top-notch service really wowed me, and now I'm sticking with them as a customer and will keep getting my contact lenses from them in the future.
