Academic textbook in the field of environmental science
I've been coming to this store a lot, but my last buy of an environmental science textbook was a letdown. The instructions were confusing and messed up, making it a real pain. Plus, the info in the book was wrong, which shouldn't happen with a place like this. I had to send a bunch of emails just to fix a pricing mistake that should've been dealt with right away. This whole situation is worrying, especially since I've been a loyal customer and writer for this store.
