I was totally caught off guard when my account got shut down out of the blue, no heads up or anything from the service. I was so annoyed and let down because I couldn't get into my account stuff without shelling out some cash. Really bummed out by how Photobucket dealt with this mess, didn't seem to care about us customers at all.
