Package condition, high shipping rates
The package I got from that delivery company came in pretty beat up, but luckily nothing inside was broken. I was kinda bummed out by how much they charged for shipping - it was way more than what other places are asking for. It got me thinking if their service is really worth the cost. They might wanna work on making their packaging better and their prices more competitive to keep customers happy.
