I was really hopeful that this product would help me lose some weight, but it turned out to be a total waste of money. I did everything it said on the label, taking it before meals, drinking water, exercising, and eating well. But instead of shedding pounds, I actually gained weight and felt super bloated after only a few days. The taste was awful, and the powder never fully mixed in, no matter how much I stirred.
