    The customer service for returns at this store is terrible. No one picks up the phone, emails only get automated responses, and the chat feature is useless. It's been over a month and my returns still haven't been dealt with. When I tried contacting them through chat, they just blamed the pandemic for the delays. Even though I gave them a tracking number, they said they couldn't find any information, even though I could do it myself. This lack of efficiency and communication has apparently been a problem since 2018. They gave me a "smart label" for returns, but after talking to USPS, I found out that's pretty normal. However, my return package, along with others, is still at USPS because the company hasn't come to pick them up. They say they're understaffed and can't give any updates, but they're still processing new orders. I'm not sure when or if I'll get my refund. I've heard similar stories from other customers who've had to wait forever for their returns, even before the pandemic. I might have to get my bank involved to figure this out.
