I got tickets for the Motely Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert on here and was so pumped for a rockin' night. But it all went downhill when I got to the venue and found out that the tickets were fake. I had to scramble last minute to get new ones, which totally ruined the whole concert vibe. I tried calling customer service but got stuck on hold forever, making me feel like they don't care about their customers. From now on, I'll be more cautious about getting tickets from this platform.
