The stuff I got from Higher Standards was so good. The glass pipe I got was really cool, not to mention super strong. It didn't feel cheap like most pipes do and I could tell it was made with good stuff. The cleaning supplies were awesome too - they worked really well and were easy to use. I was really impressed with everything I bought.

I just bought a pair of sneakers from this store and man, it was a letdown. The website was a mess - couldn't even access my account properly! And then the customer service? Let's just say they weren't exactly helpful. The only thing that went right was the payment process.
