I bought a shampoo and conditioner set from this company recently, and I wasn't happy with my experience. They charged extra fees to my card without telling me beforehand, and the products made my hair and scalp worse. I've been trying to get help, but the contact number they gave me doesn't work anymore. Also, I accidentally signed up for a subscription and got charged again. It's frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and customer service from a company that's supposed to sell good products.
