Eh, so I've been a loyal customer of this e-commerce platform that got snatched up by a bigwig company recently. Let me tell ya, the service quality has gone down big time. The new owners made changes behind our backs, changed our shopping cart URL without even giving us a heads up. So, folks trying to buy stuff were getting hit with error pages left, right, and center. Lost us a bunch of sales during a big ad campaign, y'know? I reached out to customer support about it, but the compensation they offered was a joke. I mean, come on! Having to babysit our shopping cart to make sure it's working right ain't our job. Steer clear of these amateurs with their lousy attitude and incompetence, I tell ya.
