My experience with The Knot was really disappointing. The website makes it seem like you'll get lots of new customers, but in reality, it's all fake. Most of the leads you get end up being a waste of time. As a small business owner, I felt like I was being played and stuck in a contract that didn't do what it promised.

On top of that, trying to stop the automatic renewals was a nightmare. The customer service was no help at all, and I had to bug them a lot to finally cancel the contract. In the end, my time using The Knot was just stressful and didn't help my business at all.
