Perfume
I just bought some perfume from FragranceX and it was a bit of a letdown, eh. I was supposed to get it by a certain date but it never showed up. When I called customer service, they said it was with the courier and gave me a tracking number, but it didn't work. I tried reaching out on social media too, but they never got back to me. The whole situation left me feeling annoyed and let down.
