My experience with this streaming service has been awful. The prices are way too high, it's not worth it. I tried to cancel after the trial, but missed the deadline because of personal stuff. When I asked for a refund, customer service said no right away. They didn't care at all, it was really disappointing. There are lots of other music streaming services that are cheaper and have better customer service, so don't bother with this one.
