The customer service rep I talked to was awesome. They knew their stuff, were super nice, and didn't rush me at all, even with all my questions. I really liked how they were so professional yet still had a sense of humor - it made the whole thing way better. They handled all my issues quickly and completely, so now I feel good about my purchase. It's hard to find service this good nowadays, so big props to them!
