I bought some skincare products online recently. I got my order, but I wasn't happy with the customer service. They said I would get a free product if I spent a certain amount, but I never got it even though I spent enough. I emailed them a bunch of times but never got any help. It's frustrating as a customer to not get what they promised, and now I'm not sure if I want to shop with them again.
