I recently bought a blanket online, but it didn't meet my expectations. It was lighter than I thought it would be, especially for the price I paid. I decided to return it and get a refund, but I've been trying to get in touch with the company for weeks with no luck. Their website says they respond to inquiries within three business days, but that hasn't been my experience. This lack of customer service is really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you're 100% sure about your purchase. It feels terrible to be ignored when you're trying to sort out a problem with your order.
