I recently bought a phone case from this company and I have to say, I was pretty let down with how everything went. The case itself was alright, seemed decent in quality, but their customer service was definitely lacking. When I tried to write a review online, I noticed they only posted super positive reviews. I think that's not cool at all because people need real feedback to decide what to buy. It seems like they only care about showing off perfect ratings, instead of dealing with problems that customers might have. This shady behavior made me doubt if I can trust their reviews and left me feeling really annoyed.
