Luggage storage experience
I had a rough time with a luggage storage service recently. I booked a spot through them, but when I got there, it turned out to be a closed restaurant. I was stuck with my luggage and had to quickly figure out what to do. I tried to get a refund from the company, but I still haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back for the trouble. It was super frustrating and stressful, and it all could have been avoided if the service provider had better oversight and communication. I really hope others don't have to deal with the same thing in the future.
