I've been a happy customer for years, always getting top-notch products and great service. But my latest order was a total letdown. I only got half of it last week, with no tracking info. Can't get a hold of anyone for help, and it looks like the company might be done. This is not cool - I'm missing part of my order and can't fix it. Won't be buying from them again. Just a heads up for others - watch out for problems with orders and communication.
