I just bought a desk calendar and found a problem with it once I opened it up. So, I got in touch with customer service and this awesome person named Kaia helped me out. I gotta say, Kaia was super helpful and always quick to reply to my emails. We chatted back and forth a bit, and after sending over some pics, Kaia sorted out a replacement to be sent out right away, no fuss at all.
