I went and picked up some fresh fishing rods at Karl's Bait & Tackle 'cause my old ones went kaput. I was kinda short on cash, but I shot them an email and they hooked me up real quick. I had those new rods in my hands in just an HOUR! Can you believe it? The folks over there were super friendly and helpful, it really made my day. That kind of service really leaves a good impression and makes me wanna go back there again.
