I just bought some ham for overnight delivery to Florida from an online gourmet food store. But, to our dismay, the delivery got all messed up and our package ended up in Indianapolis instead of Florida. The customer service folks were kind enough to offer a refund for the overnight delivery fee, but we ended up pushing for a full refund after expressing how upset we were.
