Subscription renewal
I've been trying to deal with my subscription renewal since November and it's been super frustrating and inefficient. The customer service folks keep saying they're working on it, but nothing's been fixed yet. I tried to take my card off the account to stop getting charged, but turns out I need to add another card first before I can delete it. This whole situation has really ruined the good time my son was having with the subscription in the first year.
